1) HOW TO DETOX EACH ORGAN TO NEVER BE SICK OR TIRED AGAIN


Our bodies are home to many different organs and systems that are necessary for maintaining our health. For this reason alone, we ought to do our best to treat our bodies well by giving it the TLC it needs.


It goes without saying that diet and exercise are two ways of doing this. However, what many people don’t know is that specific organs in our bodies need to be detoxed properly in order to be able to function to their full capacity and keep our health in check.


Here are 7 of our organs that should be detoxed regularly and how to do it:


Liver: The liver weakens with each bite of fried food or additional amount of stress. A contaminated liver can’t process toxins and fat efficiently. Some foods to include in your weekly diet to help with your liver detox include (but are not limited to): garlic, grapefruit, beets, carrots, cruciferous vegetables and apples.


Gallbladder:  The gallbladder works with the liver and both are essential for digestion. To help your gallbladder do its job you should make sure that you are consuming enough fiber, fruits, vegetables and water. In addition, you will want to avoid foods that are high in fat and sugar, such as fast food.


Blood: While it technically isn’t an organ, it regularly needs to be detoxified as it carries all the essentials your body needs to function on a regular basis. Blood-donating campaigns have painted the world with their famous slogan, “Blood – it’s in you to give.” But I like to say, “Blood – it’s in me to live.” And that’s exactly why it’s there for all of us. Seeing as many people lose their lives to blood loss, blood poisoning and blood infections, we can determine that cleaning our blood stream and ridding it of bacteria is an important component for maintaining our health – and our lives.


In order to detox your blood, you can use a blood cleanser, which consists of various herbs: Chaparral, Red clover, Burdock root, Poke root, Yellow dock root, Goldenseal root, Oregon grape root, Bloodroot, Mistletoe, Sheep sorrel, Cat’s claw, and Cayenne.


This formula removes toxic residues from the blood. It can also be used to flush out toxins from your liver and gallbladder. It’s important to note that it should only be consumed bi-annually as the herbs are extremely potent and taking too much can actually break down your red blood cells.


If herbs are not your style, these foods also work to cleanse your blood: garlic, apple, beets, parsley, carrots, leafy greens, broccoli sprouts, lemons, flaxseed and blueberries. You can eat them raw, or try juicing them to more readily absorb their detoxifying properties.


Lymph:  Again, not an organ, but this fluid and the system of nodes it flows through is directly related to our skin. If this organ is filled with toxins, our skin won’t have a healthy glow. You can clean out your lymphatic system by drinking plenty of water and avoiding processed foods. Lymph massages are also available.


Pancreas: Here’s an organ that doesn’t get enough attention. Nevertheless, it remains an important part of our bodies and if not taken care of, can lead to hormonal imbalances and other significant health disorders.  There are a few different ways to detox your pancreas:


Water and juice – Starting your day with a glass of lemon juice and warm water will help keep your pancreas smiling. In addition, kiwi, pineapple and papaya juices are also great for keeping your pancreas healthy.


Hot shower or bath – Doing this daily is good for your digestion and in turn, your pancreas.


Reduce stress – Keeping your emotions in check and freeing yourself of negative feelings and worries will help you maintain proper hormonal levels and prevent your pancreas from becoming polluted.


Kidneys: These two bean-shaped organs filter out toxins and waste from the bloodstream.  If we fail to take care of our kidneys, we can put our entire health in jeopardy.  A juice cleanse is one the best ways to cleanse your kidneys. Specific juices that help with a kidney detox include: cranberry juice, beet juice and lemon juice. All are useful for boosting the kidneys and keeping them fully operating.


Intestines: Our digestive system serves many different purposes. It breaks down the food we eat, transfers any nutritional value from that food to our cells, processes waste from food and eliminates it from the body. It’s clear that our intestines play an integral role in the overall function of our bodies. Because it is so good to us, we must also be good to it.


One way to do this is by implementing a  colon detox program. It consists of using a colon correction formula, colon detoxifier and supplemental probiotics. This method is helpful for reducing inflammation and irritability in the stomach.


Fresh ginger root, cayenne fruit and fennel seed can also be consumed to help keep your colon clean and fresh. Ginger works to reduce inflammation in the intestinal tract, cayenne helps with stomach aches and constipation and fennel eliminates gas.


Ignoring the health of our intestines could lead to digestive diseases, such as constipation, hemorrhoids and Chrohn’s disease.

2) THE HEALING POWER OF MEDITATION

The simplest and quickest way to completely transform your life is to practice daily meditation. There are hundreds of ways to meditate, even more ways to breathe while meditating and many locations to be enjoyed while meditating. With all these possibilities I believe you can find the perfect style that suits your needs.


Meditation is a period of time in which your thoughts flow free of judgment. It’s a period of time in which you just “be.”


Meditation is a doorway for you to explore your spirituality. Mediation is a time in which you become in-sync with your true self. Meditation is a time in which your conscious mind is able to recharge after being constantly bombarded with stimuli. Meditation is the process of connecting with the energy of humanity.


It’s no wonder more and more people are learning how to meditate with benefits like these: Improved ability to focus, increased creativity, deeper level of relaxation, improved perception and memory, development of intelligence, natural change in breathing, decrease in stress hormone, lower blood pressure, reversal of aging process, reduced need for medical care, reduction in cholesterol, increased self-actualization, increased strength of self-concept, decreased cigarette, alcohol, and drug abuse, decreases muscle tension, strengthening the immune system, increasing serotonin production, increasing activity of natural killer cells, which kill bacteria and cancer cells, increased productivity, improved relations at work, increased relaxation and decreased stress.


Here’s what the research shows: Chronic pain patients reduce their physician visits by 36 percent and fifty percent reduction in visits to an HMO. Eighty percent of hypertensive patients have lowered blood pressure and decreased medications — 16 percent are able to discontinue all of their medications. Open heart surgery patients have fewer post-operative complications. One-hundred percent of insomnia patients reported improved sleep and 91 percent either eliminated or reduced sleeping medication use.


Infertile women have a 42 percent conception rate and decreased levels of depression, anxiety and anger. Women with severe PMS have a 57 percent reduction in physical and psychological symptoms. High school students exposed to a relaxation response-based curriculum had significantly increased their self-esteem. Inner-city middle school students improved grade score, work habits and cooperation and decreased absences.


Enough talking about it, let’s do it.


It’s best to find a quiet place where you can’t be disturbed, perhaps a place of special meaning to you, like a garden, a river or waterfall or where you’re surrounded with things that are meaningful to you within your house or you can just pick any place that’s comfortable. Do not let chaos stop you from meditating — when you have an abundance of stimuli all around you (like two kids running around) and you’re able to meditate you have made a huge accomplishment — now take that into our over-stimulated world and see how much better you’ll feel.


Now close your eyes and breathe deeply as if you’re filling up a balloon. Let your thoughts flow in and out, without judgment. It may take several minutes to let your mind clear and during this time focus again on your breath ... your inhale ... your exhale ... imagine energy all around you as if it was as strong as the rays of the sun ... breathe this energy into your body ... feel this energy in your body. You should start feeling lighter now — your thoughts are rapidly dissipating and slowly your mind is going into a deep meditative state. This state should be soothing, relaxing, calming. Take time to feel the sensation of your body in this state, your hands, your toes and your heart. Try to stay in this state as long as possible.


We live in a world of constant stimuli. We push ourselves to the limits and in the process forget to let our mind and soul recharge and as a result we become stressed and sick. It doesn’t have to be that way. Life is meant to be enjoyed. Meditate today. Even if you start with five minutes a day and gradually lengthen this time you’re going to see benefit as long as you’re consistent.

3) CHAMOMILE TEA HEALTH BENEFITS


Chamomile tea, which is brewed from dried chamomile flower heads, is a natural remedy for stress; it calms and normalizes the nervous system.  Tea is beneficial not only for adults, but also children, for whom it is recommended to drink chamomile tea before bed because of its relaxing and soothing properties.


Chamomile has other useful properties which have been repeatedly proven in the  course of epidemiological studies. Beneficial properties of chamomile are abundant due to its rich and healthy composition. This composition includes one of the most important essential oils –  azulene (otherwise known as Matricaria chamomilla,Matricaria recutita,) which has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties when used as a skin healing agent.


Chamomile tea  contains apigenin which is a flavonoid and like most flavonoids it has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor properties. The presence of these flavonoids varies greatly depending on tea brands. All of this has led to the frequent use of chamomile in folk medicine for the prevention and treatment of many diseases. Chamomile tea protects the body from such dangerous and serious diseases as cancer of the stomach and digestive disorders. Moreover, chamomile helps increase blood circulation and also protects from various heart and circulatory diseases including stroke. Additionally, camomile tea normalizes the nervous system and helps to improve eyesight. It also contains fluorine, which strengthens teeth and bones.


8 Ways Chamomile Tea Could Improve Your Health


1. Improvement of sleep. Chamomile tea is best known as a tool for improving sleep. It is known for its relaxing and soothing properties. You need to take it  before going to sleep.
2. Digestive Aid. Chamomile helps with various stomach problems. It soothes pain in the stomach, relieves irritable bowel syndrome and helps to remove harmful substances from the body.  Along with peppermint, chamomile is often included in the composition of tea to improve digestion.
3. Menstrual pain.  Ancient Egyptians used chamomile for the relief of menstrual pain.  Modern medicine has also started to do it. In one study it was found that the consumption of chamomile tea has increased the level of glycine in the urine, the substance that soothes muscle spasms. Researchers believe that chamomile tea therefore can help to relieve menstrual pain.
4. Hemorrhoid Relief. In one of the studies, it was found that rubbing daisies onto your body help with hemorrhoids.
5. Cold Relief. Chamomile has the ability to strengthen the immune system and helps to fight colds due to its antibacterial properties.
6. Healing of wounds. Egyptians, Romans and Greeks used chamomile flowers with hot compresses on wounds for their quick healing. In one study, rats were given an extract of chamomile water, after which their wounds healed faster.
7. Helps with diabetes. In one study it showed that daily consumption of chamomile tea prevents the development of complications in diabetes and hyperglycemia.
8. Cancer. Laboratory studies show possible properties that protect against certain types of cancer which are due to certain flavonoids contained in Chamomile.
