Simple Daily Meditation

Find a quite place where you can be undisturbed for 10 -15 minutes.

Sit comfortably with your back strait and with your feet on the floor. Be still.

Close your eyes. Relax your body and your mind.( Make sure the muscles are not tens in your body).

Breathe in and out deeply and slowly three times.

Every time you exhale feel more-and-more relaxed. Let go of all your worries.

Continue breathing normally and evenly.

When thoughts start coming and your mind start wandering, just acknowledge them, gently brush them aside and be fully present in Now.

If you can not focus:

PICK ANY WORD - Find a word or phrase (e.g Ohm or any mantra), whose sound or rhythm is soothing when repeated.

SAY IT AGAIN AND AGAIN - Try saying your word or phrase to yourself with every outbreath. The monotony will help you focus.

In case you are not able to calm your mind, you might prefer a guided meditation.
